The orders become incredibly clear and don't fall through the cracks because all the open orders sent to us are visible when I log into Railkeep, they simply stay there until we complete them. In the order, I see both the arrival time and the desired departure time for the vehicles, and I know that the known faults list is always up to date. Our technicians can work in the system themselves and continuously erase faults they fix and add new ones. They can upload images directly into the system, which customers often want for faults that are difficult to describe or for e.g. wheel checks. The digital service logs are also a big advantage, especially when doing maintenance out in the field. When the technicians are finished, I usually check what they have filled in, supplement with any recommendations regarding user restrictions or other comments before I give the final report and thus complete the maintenance. All in all, a really user-friendly and efficient system.
